At Purseonal Shopper, we provide secure, fully insured shipping for all our luxury items. We ship from our offices in Toronto, Ontario and Marco Island, Florida to ensure a timely delivery across North America.
1. Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer transparent shipping rates based on your order value:
Orders over $500: FREE Standard Shipping with tracking.
Orders under $500: A $25 fee will be applied at checkout.
Insured Delivery: All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost to you.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Tracking: Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.
3. Transit Time & Delivery
We use reliable carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
Domestic (USA & Canada): Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after the item has been shipped.
Signature Required: For your security, all deliveries require a signature confirmation. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for luxury items.
4. International Shipping & Duties
We ship to the United States and Canada.
Cross-Border Shipping: While we ship from both the US and Canada to minimize delays, please note that for cross-border orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
European Union: Shipping times to the EU may vary between 7–14 business days.
5. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@purseonalshopper.com.
