Return and Refund Policy

At Purseonal Shopper, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our luxury items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unused, and unaltered.

All original security tags, designer tags, and Purseonal Shopper tags must remain attached.

The item must be in its original packaging (dust bags, boxes, etc.).

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@purseonalshopper.com.

Approval Requirement: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Return Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label for all accepted return requests. (Note: If the client deducts the shipping cost from the refund, add: "The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.")

Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our condition requirements.

5. Damages, Defective Items, and Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at admin@purseonalshopper.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our preloved inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to secure a different item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the condition requirements (unworn, original packaging, tags attached) mentioned above.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Delays: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our approval, please contact us at info@purseonalshopper.com.
